Instructions about how to use the calendar in the date-of-birth input field:
1) you can click on (month year) shown at the top of the calendar so you can peep in to select month.
2) you can further click on the year (YYYY) shown at the top of the calendar it will then show you a list of years with a gap of 10. Click on the backward and forward arrow to pick your desired year and then similarly choose month by following the above instructions and then finally choose a date.
These steps help you in filling the date-of-birth field quickly

In March 2019, the Louisiana Board of Regents Proprietary School in Baton Rouge, Louisiana approved CDL Mentors to train both CDL A and CDL B program participants in obtaining their commercial driver’s licenses. CDL Mentors are one of the only CDL programs in Louisiana to offer Hybrid (Online & In-Person) Training Programs.

- Awarded “Business of the Year” from the Small Business Administration (SBA)
- An awardee of Governor of Louisiana’s “Mentee-Mentorship Program.”
